1. ORDERING WITH YESonLIFE

Confirmation:


When your order is received, you will be emailed an order confirmation. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order, we will inform you and cancel the order. All orders are handled and dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Age restrictions:

2. PAYMENT AND PRICES

The seller may demand payment for the goods from the time it is sent from the seller to the buyer.

Credit/Debit cards:

If the buyer uses a credit card or debit card upon payment, the seller can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card is charged the same day the item is shipped.

We accept payment via VISA and MasterCard. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.

Invoice:

Payment with invoice from KLARNA.

When paying by invoice, the invoice of the buyer is issued upon shipment of the goods. The payment deadline is stated in the invoice and is a minimum of 14 days from receipt.

Buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay with subsequent invoice.

Prices:
All displayed prices include Norwegian VAT of 25%. Prices do not include payment or delivery charges.
YESonLife retains the right to change prices at any time. Prices can be displayed in the following currencies:

– Norwegian Kroner (NOK)
– Euro (EUR)

We offer tax free purchases on orders from non-EU countries. Tax exemption do not include payment or delivery charges. VAT (20% of total price) will be removed automatically in the checkout process when the shipping country is selected. *Please note that local import charges (customs duty, sales tax) may occur depending on your region and country. These charges are at your own expense. *For orders going to the United States, we are able to send for 800 USD free of taxes and duty per shipment due to the increase in U.S. de minimis.

3. WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

Right of return:

Unless the agreement is exempt from the right of withdrawal, the buyer can undo the purchase of the goods in accordance with the right of withdrawal.

The buyer must give the seller notice of the use of the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the time limit begins to run. The deadline includes all calendar days. If the deadline ends on a Saturday, public holiday or holiday day, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

The cancellation deadline is deemed to be complied with if the message has been sent before the expiry of the deadline. The buyer has the burden of proof that the right of withdrawal has been applied, and the message should therefore be in writing (right of withdrawal form, e-mail or letter).

The grace period begins to run:

When purchasing individual goods, the cancellation period will run from the day after the goods (s) are received.

If a subscription is sold, or involves the agreement regularly delivering identical goods, the deadline will run from the day after the first shipment is received.

If the purchase consists of several deliveries, the cancellation period will run from the day after the last delivery is received.

The cancellation deadline is extended to 12 months after the expiry of the original deadline if the seller does not state before the conclusion of the agreement that there is a right of withdrawal and a standardized claim form. The same applies if there is a lack of information on terms, deadlines and procedures for using the right of withdrawal. However, if the trader provides the information during these 12 months, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day the buyer received the information.

When using the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to the seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from notification of the use of the right of withdrawal is given. The buyer covers the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed or the seller has failed to state that the buyer will cover the return costs. The seller cannot set a fee for the buyer’s use of the right of withdrawal.

The seller is obliged to repay the purchase price to the buyer without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the seller received notice of the buyer’s decision to use the right of withdrawal. The seller has the right to withhold payment until he has received the goods from the buyer, or to the buyer has submitted documentation that the goods have been sent back.

Purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods.
You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. You will be refunded for the value of the product(s), including the outgoing shipping. Return shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, the following criteria must be met:
– All original packaging with pricing, labels, hang tags etc. must be intact
– No tape is to be attached to the product or the product’s packaging
– Hats and caps must be returned in a box to protect their form.
Returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria risk being refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be located. All returns along with order number should be sent to:

Please remember to write RETURN AND REPAIRS on the outside of the package to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter. We do not offer exchanges. Instead, for the smoothest service, please place a new order for your desired item. Once we receive your return we process your refund. A return order form must be filled out and submitted along with order.

Warranty claims: All YESonLIFE products come with a 2 year warranty against faults in materials and manufacture. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular use. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact customer service. Include order number, photos of the suspected fault and a brief description of the claim.

5. Buyer´s rights and deadline for complaints.

If there is a defect on the item, buyer must within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered, give the seller notice. The buyer has 2 months from purchase to send the complaint. Complaints can be made no later than two years after the buyer took over the goods. If the item or part of it is intended to last significantly longer than two years, the complaint deadline is five years.

If the goods have a defect and this is not due to the buyer or circumstances on the buyer’s side, according to the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act chapter 6, according to the circumstances, the buyer can withhold the purchase price, choose between rectification and replacement, demand a price reduction, demand the agreement raised and / or claim compensation from seller.

Complaints to the seller should be made in writing.

Correction or replacement
The buyer may choose to claim the defect corrected or the delivery of similar items. The seller may nevertheless oppose the buyer’s claim if the execution of the claim is impossible or causes the seller unreasonable costs. Correction or replacement must be done within a reasonable time. Initially, the seller is not entitled to make more than two relief attempts for the same defect.

Price reduction
The buyer may demand an appropriate price reduction if the item is not corrected or redirected. This means that the relationship between the reduced and the agreed price corresponds to the ratio between the value of the goods in defective and contractual condition. If special reasons so indicate, the price reduction can instead be set equal to the significance of the defect for the buyer.

 

6. SHIPPING

General:

All orders are handled and dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch. *We offer Free Shipping on all orders above €200 / $250 / £150 / NOK 1500 / CAD 300. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when meeting the order minimums. Please notice that the order minimums does not include reduced goods (e.g. Sale) and special items.

 

7. PRIVACY POLICY

YESonLIFE handles your personal information in the strictest confidence. We will never give any of your personal information to third parties and all information entered is encrypted under handling.


8. COOKIES

YESonLIFE collects information about customer behaviour on the website with the use of cookies. A cookie is a small text file placed on the client computer’s hard drive which tracks the customer’s behaviour. Cookies are used to personalise the customer’s online experience on yesonlife.com/norway. Cookies are reliable files that can execute program code, cannot transmit viruses and cannot be used to gather information about the customer’s internet use on external sites. yesonlife.com/norway does not use cookies to collect or store personal information. The customer may choose not to accept cookies. Most Internet browsers allow you to delete or block cookies and to ask for the customer’s consent before a cookie is stored. Managing cookies is in the web browser’s preferences. Please note that if the customer does not wish to use cookies when visiting yesonlife.com/norway, it may have an impact on the buying experience. yesonlife.com/norway uses cookies to keep the customer’s shopping cart updated and cookies are also required to execute a checkout. YESonLIFE uses cookies for the following general purposes: user functionality, statistics, sales, and advertising. The functional cookies are used to ensure that yesonlife.com/norway works as intended, which amongst other things, allows the customer to be able to add items to the cart, complete a purchase etc. No personal information is stored and cookies are automatically deleted when the browser is closed. We use services from Google (Google Analytics) to collect web statistics. Cookies from these providers offer the ability to see which pages are visited, traffic referrals etc. This information is used to measure and improve the customer experience as well as analysing up on sales and advertising campaigns.
